Indian food without the bloat
At Little Miss Delhi, we believe food should fuel you, not floor you. Bold Indian flavors, made lighter, fresher, and designed to leave you energised.
Picture two little girls sitting at the kitchen table, impatiently waiting for dinner while the sound of sizzling pans and the smell of roasted spices fill the air. That was my kitchen most evenings. As a stay-at-home mum, I wanted to give my family food that was comforting, nourishing, and bursting with flavour.
At home, Indian food was fresh and balanced. But out on the high street, it was often heavy and oily. That disconnect inspired me to create a brand that matched how we actually eat at home — bold flavours, cooked fresh, and food that makes you feel good.
I’ve always had a great palate and a knack for putting flavour combos together that people couldn’t get enough of. I didn’t know it then, but this was the start of refining my palate — I’ve always been obsessed with flavoursome food. After all, who wants to waste calories on tasteless food? 😉
During Covid, I launched my Instagram page KavsKitchen to share recipes, tutorials, and creative dishes. It became a space where I could pour my love for food into reels and posts, connecting with people through flavour even when the world had stopped.
Some of my favourite highlights from KavsKitchen2020 include:
Each of these moments confirmed what I always believed: food isn’t just something you eat — it’s an experience, a connection, and a way to make people feel cared for.
What started at my family’s table has grown into the Little Miss Delhi food truck. Today, we serve at pubs, markets, festivals, and private events with tikka bowls, chicken tikka, paneer tikka, rice bowls, masala chips, samosa chaats, and house chutneys — all cooked fresh and full of flavour.
